Beginner course
A different way to learn meditation.
This course is about learning meditation properly.
Personal instruction. Lasting support. A practice that becomes part of your life.
Meditation that meets you where you are.
Many people tell me they’ve known for years that meditation might help, but kept postponing it because life felt too busy.
“I wish I’d started sooner” is something I hear all the time.
Meditation isn’t something you do once life calms down. It’s something that helps create calm within your life as it is now.
Once you begin, the benefits don’t take long to show up. Within the first weeks, students often report more energy, more clarity, and a renewed capacity to meet life’s demands.

Learn a simple, effortless meditation technique. In just 4 x 90 minute sessions you’ll gain the confidence to meditate independently and the tools to integrate the practice into daily life.
Day 1
60 minutes, individual appointment
An authentic introduction
During this one-on-one appointment, you’ll receive your personal mantra. I guide you through your first meditation experience – simple, natural, and easier than you expect.
Day 2
90 minutes, group session
Refining the practice
Now that you have your mantra, we focus on how to use it correctly. We break down the mechanics of the technique and what “effortless” really means in practice. We finish with a group meditation and a chat about experiences.
Day 3
90 minutes, group session
A deeper understanding
We explore what stress does to the body and why meditation is so effective at releasing stress and fatigue. This session gives you a deeper understanding of how the practice works. We end with a group meditation and discussion.
Day 4
90 minutes, group session
A vision of the goal
You receive clear guidance on how to make meditation a steady twice-daily habit – even on busy days. We close with a motivating look at what you can expect as your practice grows, followed by a group meditation.

Struggling to switch off?
Our bodies are experts at normalising whatever is constant – even stress and overwhelm.
It’s like that noisy fan in the office: you only notice how draining it was once it finally switches off.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- Difficulty focusing or staying present
- Using evening habits to switch off, then waking up feeling worse
- Moving through life in survival mode, exhausted and depleted
- Snapping at loved ones, then regretting it
- A busy, anxious mind that stays alert even when you want to rest
What to look forward to
- A growing sense of inner fulfilment
- More flexibility and resilience when life changes direction
- A deeper feeling of connection — with yourself, your purpose, and life
- Greater confidence and self-trust
- Being naturally more present
Why learning in person matters
Meditation is a subtle, experiential practice – and most of us learn best when we’re guided by another human being. Personal instruction allows space for questions, reassurance, and real understanding.
While meditation apps are widely used, only a small percentage of users continue practising regularly over time. Learning with a teacher helps build understanding, confidence, and consistency – the foundations of a lasting practice.

Most asked Questions:
I can’t stop my thoughts. Will I still be able to meditate?
Yes. Especially people with very active minds are often pleasantly surprised by how natural and easy this style of meditation feels. You don’t need to stop your thoughts or quiet your mind. Anyone can learn it, no special talent or skill required.
Is this similar to meditation apps?
Not quite. Meditation apps can be a helpful introduction, but they rely on guided sessions each time you practice. By the end of your beginner course, you’ll be confident and self-sufficient in your practice, able to meditate on your own anytime and anywhere.
Can I learn Vedic Meditation online?
Vedic Meditation is traditionally taught in person, and the beginner course is offered face to face. This allows for personal guidance and ensures the technique is learned correctly from the start.
Is Vedic Meditation religious or spiritual?
No. Vedic Meditation is not religious, and it doesn’t require any particular beliefs for it to work. It’s a simple, natural relaxation technique with roots that go back thousands of years.
