Vedic Meditation Netherlands is based in Utrecht, the heart of the country. From here our certified teachers regularly travel all over the Netherlands to teach this simple, easy and accessible meditation technique. In Utrecht beginner group courses run every two weeks with two different course formats to choose from: our weekday evening course from Monday to Thursday and our weekend course running from Thursday to Sunday. Before diving in it is always recommended to take part in an intro talk, so you can meet your teacher face-to-face and find out if Vedic Meditation clicks with you. Get fundamental information on the technique, the structure of the course and find out how Vedic Meditation is different from other meditation practices. In Utrecht intro talks take place twice a month. Alternatively you can register for an online introduction to meditation with one of our teachers. They are happy to answer all of your questions, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
For everyone who has learned Vedic meditation through us we offer in-person group meditations in Utrecht on a weekly basis. As part of our unlimited follow-up program these meetings are free of charge and present a great opportunity to dive deeper into Vedic knowledge, raise questions or discuss experiences within your practice, meditate together or simply connect with other meditators. If don’t live in Utrecht or are unable to attend, there is always the possibility to join our group meditations online via the Zoom meeting platform.
