Welcome to Vedic Meditation in Amsterdam
Meditation courses by qualified teachers in the Dutch capital
In Amsterdam beginner group courses can be held twice a month depending on student interest. To create an optimal learning environment and have enough time for every participant’s individual questions we like to keep the sizes of our group courses small. Both our course formats, weekday evening courses (Monday to Thursday) or weekend courses (Thursday to Sunday), are available in Amsterdam.
With Amsterdam’s powerful business sector, established art scene, wide range of cultural activities and throngs of tourists, life in Amsterdam can be hectic and demanding. For people who don’t have much free time at their disposal we offer flexible private courses. Choose your own course times and course location over four consecutive days according to your convenience and availability. This is also a great opportunity for people who prefer to learn to meditate in an intimate 1:1 setting. Private courses can be held in the comfort of your own home, at your workplace or at one of our course locations in Amsterdam. All our beginner’s courses in Amsterdam are held in English.
If you are new to meditation or curious to learn more about the Vedic meditation technique come to a free intro talk. It is the easiest way to get to know your teacher and understand more about the practice, its origins, how it works and the benefits that can be expected. We will also talk about how the four day course is structured and what you will learn along the way. It is a shortcut to having all your questions answered with no obligation to learn. In-person intro talks are held monthly in Amsterdam and regularly online over Zoom or Skype. Simply get in touch with our teachers to find out more or sign up for an online intro talk.
