Exploring the Veda
An advanced six-part course designed for Vedic meditators. The Exploring the Veda series offers the opportunity to delve into the knowledge and insights of the Veda – the timeless wisdom of the underlying laws of nature.
What is The Veda?

The Veda is an ancient repository of wisdom and the source of yoga, Ayurveda, and our own Vedic Meditation technique.
Through our meditation practice, we gain a fresh perspective on the mind, uncovering its layered nature, with thoughts becoming progressively subtler as we delve deeper.
The term Veda is expressive of the direct experience of these subtle layers – whether within the mind or in our perception of reality.
Veda is said to reveal knowledge of the true need of the time – nature’s current overarching theme.
Understanding these overarching patterns that shape all events unlocks limitless practical applications to our modern lives.
Course structure

The complete Exploring the Veda course consists of six instalments, typically spread out over a period of 16 months.
Each instalment takes place over a long weekend and can be attended individually, with no obligation to complete all six. However, the course must be taken in sequential order, as each seminar builds naturally on the one before it.
You will receive advanced eyes-closed and eyes-open techniques that are unique to this course.
These practices are paired with a structured body of knowledge. The goal is to upgrade our intellectual understanding of the world around us, so we can navigate life with greater clarity and effectiveness.
